Cat Ladder Installation by Beconfab
Before installation, check the ladder’s condition and structure. Measure the cage entry height to be between 2.0 to 2.2 meters from the lower end. Use head bolts and nuts to form the lower, top, and intermediate hoops. Cut and smoothen the straps, then bolt them to connect the hoops. Attach the straps at the top, middle, and bottom hoops, ensuring proper balance. Once all straps are connected, secure the system to the ladder by drilling 10mm holes and inserting domed bolts with nuts at each hoop extension. Finally, cap the strap ends with plastic lids.
Step Ladders:
Step ladders are designed for use in a variety of industries and are highly versatile. They do not require external support, meaning they can be placed anywhere, including the center of a room or in areas where no other support structures are available. These ladders provide a stable, secure way to access elevated areas, making them a go-to option for short-term tasks, repairs, or other operations requiring access to heights.
Platform Ladders:
Platform ladders are similar to step ladders but come with a top platform for added comfort and stability.
